It is my mission to pursue excellence in my position as an
educator in order to ensure that all students: acquire and apply information;
communicate effectively; hold high expectations for themselves and others;
interact cooperatively to establish positive human relationships; engage
in thinking; reasoning and problem solving; value and respect diversity
in a multicultural society; establish habits for emotional. physical and
social well being in order to become lifelong learners who will serve as
responsible members of a global community.
Learning as a life long process, must take place in a nurturing, safe
atmosphere of mutual respect in which educators, students, staff and parents
work together embracing "Best Practices" in education. As a member
of the community of learners, I will endeavor to foster high expectations,
instructional leadership, and excellence in teaching to create an environment
in which all students achieve, all teachers and school related employees
succeed and the community at large perceives their responsibility to public
education as an ethical, moral, and social compact.
